Send inquiries and projects directly to senior technicians, get phone and email support, enjoy unlimited support inquiries and in-store service from highly skilled 3D printing experts. Plus receive special invitations to Beta test new products and releases throughout the year.

We are committed to providing exceptional service and support to each and every customer. Our in-house technical support team works directly with the development teams to ensure that every customer receives the best possible support.
CRITICAL COMPONENTS, PARTS AND REPAIRS
This service plan covers the costs of non-consumable replacement parts, such as motherboards, extruders, heated beds, user interface components, power supplies, cables, wiring harnesses, motors, and other mechanical components.
All of our 3D printers come with a 12-month warranty and 6 months of unlimited 3D printer tech support. The warranty covers the cost of replacement parts and labor for repairs at our facility. For detailed warranty information, warranty information, see the following link: Limited Warranty.

You can still get excellent technical support by purchasing a single inquiry.
For customers who are out of warranty and would only like 3D printer tech support, a support ticket can be purchased. A support ticket covers all technical support issues you would like covered in the ticket. Normally support tickets are closed after the issue has been resolved, or after 2 weeks of not hearing back from the customer. The cost of a support ticket is $100.
HOW TO GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We have a wealth of information in our knowledge library covering many aspects of 3D printing. If the information you’re looking for isn’t found in our knowledge library, our technicians are standing by to assist you through our 3D printer tech support portal. The tech portal allows us to provide faster service by tracking customer issues and coordinating support between our technicians. When you submit a ticket, a technician will contact you through our system ticket. Our technicians are knowledgeable and can help with everything from basic printer setup to advanced troubleshooting.
