CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL
“Hello there! We are the proud owners of an Airwolf 3D HD Model. We purchased the unit earlier this year in April. We ultimately decided to go with Airwolf based on their diverse selection of material, upgradable design, and most important of all, their great customer support! When we took these things into account, and compared it to other companies, it was quite obvious to us that Airwolf was the best investment.
A little bit about us: we are a team of three covering 2 different professional fields. Brian Tiep, M.D., is a pulmonary specialist at City of Hope and inventor of several oxygen-conserving devices. His research and innovative treatments have made him a leading figure in the field of pulmonary rehab. Rebeca Pacas, Brian’s daughter and my lovely wife, is the second member of our team and works with her father to design and prototype his inventions. Both are also accomplished musicians classically trained in violin and mandolin. My name is Dennis Pacas, and together with my wife, we’ve recently launched our new startup, Infinifoto – a mobile studio booth company serving LA and Orange Counties. Infinifoto is the realization of our passion for photography, art, and technology. Our goal is to use these mediums to create a fun and unforgettable experience for our customers.
Brian was the first to spark our interest in 3D printing as he looked for a way to streamline, the design, manufacture, and testing phases for his inventions. He and Rebeca had already experienced a number of setbacks in getting the manufactured components to adhere to the specifications of the prototype. The problem was only compounded further when modifications needed to be made; often resulting in miscommunication, botched fabrications, and delays in schedule. The Airwolf HD printer solved these critical bottlenecks by giving them the ability to design and manufacture components from their own lab. All necessary testing and modifications can now be done in the lab without having to coordinate with a third party. As a result, prototypes are now of higher resolution, thoroughly tested, and fine tuned to perform perfectly at the outset of large-scale manufacturing. The STL files Brian creates further ensures that their large-scale manufacturer has an accurate blueprint.
In regards to Infinifoto, the Airwolf HD 3D printer has opened up a whole new world of possibilities. We’re amazed and inspired by the awesome creations we find on sites such as Thingiverse and Shapeways. We’re still novices when it comes to CAD, but we’re working hard to learn the software and give our customers some really cool props to play with!
For those of you who would like to learn more about Pulmonary Rehab or are interested in renting our awesome Infini-Booth, please visit us at: www.infinifoto.com. Finally, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank Julie, Cameron, and Mark for their awesome support. We’re lucky to be local to their office, and we appreciate their friendly customer service.”
All the best to the Airwolf Team,
Dennis, Rebeca, and Brian.
