AIRWOLF 3D GOES TO WASHINGTON
Airwolf 3D is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting its complete line of 3D printers at the upcoming USA Science and Engineering Festival in Washington, D.C., April 26-27, 2014. Thousands are expected to attend the 3rd annual festival at which scores of exhibitors will showcase new advances in various technologies. Airwolf staff will be on hand to explain 3D printing and provide visitors with memorable hands-on demonstrations.
The mission of the largest festival of its kind in the United States is to “reinvigorate the interest of our nation’s youth in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) by producing and presenting the most compelling, exciting, educational and entertaining science festival in the United States.” As a STEM sanctioned event, all activities, exhibits, and special programs will be designed expressly for student education. Airwolf 3D is pleased to now be part of this national STEM initiative, having recently collaborated with the Orange County (CA) Department of Education on a STEM project involving 3D printers.
The USA Science and Engineering Festival will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center over the course of five days, beginning with STEM conferences from April 23-25 and culminating in the Grand Finale Expo on April 26 and 27, which is open to the general public.
